Discover the power of leadership and complementarity through music

Leading is like conducting an orchestra: each person brings a unique talent, and when everyone works in harmony, the result is extraordinary. Through the experiences designed by Alejandra Urrutia and Vibra Clásica you can inspire your team and transform organizational dynamics.

Building like an orchestra — CChC

Building like an orchestra — CChC

The art of coordinating diverse talents toward a shared purpose.

In the Master Session organized with the Chilean Chamber of Construction, we drew an inspiring parallel between how an orchestra works and the world of construction: both require clear leadership, precise coordination, deep listening and a shared vision so that many talents can work in harmony toward a common result. Music became a mirror of the collaboration, excellence and collective purpose that also define the great works that build a country.

Every role counts — SODIMAC

Every role counts — SODIMAC

When every part matters, harmony can be felt.

In the Master Session with Sodimac, we explored how, just as in an orchestra, every person in every role is essential to the final result. Sodimac’s commitment to valuing every member of its team is key to caring for its customers, strengthening its internal culture and protecting its most precious asset: a reputation built with dedication, which positions it as one of Chile’s most beloved and trusted brands.

Leading difference — RedMAD

Leading difference — RedMAD

How to help diverse teams work in complementarity.

At RedMAD’s annual Summit, the Master Session offered a powerful metaphor from music: just as a conductor enables different instruments to create a single work, effective leadership can align diverse talents toward a shared purpose. In a world that demands inclusion and collaboration, the role of the person who leads is essential to generate harmony, make room for every voice, and amplify the richness that is born of difference.

At the Chilean Chamber of Construction we have worked with Vibra Clásica at different moments, but what we experienced at our last gala was something completely different. In addition to a symphonic-lyric concert of the highest level, with young musicians full of energy and talent, we were able to offer our guests a unique experience: the Master Session. This proposal, led by the outstanding Brazilian conductor Priscila Bomfim, surprised everyone with its ability to generate connections between the orchestral world and business leadership.

Every January at Sodimac we gather for our traditional start-of-year ceremony, one of the company’s most important meetings. In 2025 we were able to enjoy the Master Session, a deeply innovative intervention in organizational development. Alejandra, with her warmth, clarity and charisma, made the music feel close — and a reflection of how we work at Sodimac.
