In the Master Session organized with the Chilean Chamber of Construction, we drew an inspiring parallel between how an orchestra works and the world of construction: both require clear leadership, precise coordination, deep listening and a shared vision so that many talents can work in harmony toward a common result. Music became a mirror of the collaboration, excellence and collective purpose that also define the great works that build a country.
